- Mixing your own recipe with vodka or another liquor around 40-45% ABV? Aim for 1 oz. of spirits to every 5 oz. of mixer.

What you’ll need:
- Popsicle sticks
- Popsicle molds (fun alternatives: ice cube trays or small plastic cups – cover with aluminum foil and push the popsicle stick through the center)
Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
4 cups water
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/4 cups Limoncello
Directions

Place sugar and 2 cups of water in a small saucepan. Bring to medium-low heat and stir constantly until dissolved.

Remove from heat and add to a pitcher. Stir in fresh lemon juice, limoncello, and remaining water.

Fill your popsicle molds and freeze for 12 hours or overnight.
