Ingredients
Salad
2 pounds Brussels sprouts
1 pomegranate
1 package @cyrpressgrovers Meyer lemon honey goat cheese
Dressing
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Champagne vinegar, more as desired
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Juice and zest of ½ a lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

Cut pomegranate.

Shave or slice Brussels sprouts.

For the dressing: combine ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.

Layer shaved Brussels sprouts and a couple handfuls of pomegranate arils in the serving dish.
