Rich dark chocolate and fluffy marshmallows create a decadent dip that can be enjoyed with everything from classic graham crackers to savory pita chips. A dash of cayenne adds a little heat, while a drizzle of honey makes it all the more sweet!
Ingredients
18 ounces Guittard Dark Chocolate Chips
16 ounces Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Graham crackers, pretzel sticks, strawberries, pita chips, or tortilla chips for dipping
Directions

Preheat the oven to 450˚ F.

Grease a standard baking dish with melted butter.

Add all chocolate chips.

In a small bowl, mix the heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and cayenne until evenly combined. Pour this mixture over the chocolate.

Bake for 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is melted. Remove from the oven and stir.

Place the marshmallows over the top of the chocolate, arranging them as you see fit.

Bake for another 4 minutes.

Drizzle the top of your s’mores dip with honey.
