Spring Fling Cocktail

Directions

1. Using a muddler or spoon, muddle the diced strawberries at the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
2. Once enough strawberry juice has been released, pour the Prosecco, Aperol, and club soda into the shaker.
3. Stir gently with a bar spoon to ensure that the bubbles do not overflow.
4. Fill two cocktail glasses halfway with ice.
5. Pour your spritz over the ice and garnish with edible flowers.
