Ingredients
8 Yukon Gold potatoes
1 cup Whole Milk
1/3 cup Butter
2 tablespoons Inglehoffer or Beaver Brand horseradish
Optional Ingredients
Salt and Pepper to taste

Peel and chop potatoes

Boil potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes, until fork soft

Drain water and add milk, butter, and horseradish
