  • Whipped goat cheese (see recipe)

  • Whipped feta (see recipe)

  • Crème fraîche

  • Sour cream

  • Chives chopped

  • Pickled red onions (see recipe)

  • 1 small red onion chopped

  • Roasted grapes (see recipe)

  • Caviar(s) of your choice

Whipped Goat Cheese

  • 10 ounce log goat cheese at room temperature

  • 4 ounces cream cheese at room temperature

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt

Roasted Grapes

  • Grapes

  • Olive Oil

  • Thyme

  • Rosemary

Whipped Feta

  • 8 ounces feta cheese crumbled

  • 3/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil plus more for serving

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove

Directions

  1. Whipped Goat Cheese
Combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy. Mixture can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days, but be sure to serve at room temperature.
  2. Roasted Grapes
    Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  3. Toss grapes in olive oil and place on a sheet pan.
  4. Nestle sprigs of thyme and rosemary amongst grapes. Roast for 25-30 minutes until slightly caramelized.
  5. Whipped Feta
In a food processor or blender, place the feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Pulse until creamy. Mixture can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  6. Gather all ingredients, and a large board or platter. Optional: put jars of caviar on ice in small bowls.
  7. Place everything on board or platter, similar to a charcuterie board. If you need more space, put everything in its own vessel and create a caviar and chip bar on your table.
