Gather all of your favorite dips and toppings to highlight the delicious and delicate flavors of your Bristol Farms caviar.
Ingredients
Variety of potato chips. We like using classic, ridged, and truffled, but the world is your oyster!
Whipped goat cheese (see recipe)
Whipped feta (see recipe)
Crème fraîche
Sour cream
Chives chopped
Pickled red onions (see recipe)
1 small red onion chopped
Roasted grapes (see recipe)
Caviar(s) of your choice
Whipped Goat Cheese
10 ounce log goat cheese at room temperature
4 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt

Olive Oil
Thyme
Rosemary
Whipped Feta
8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
3/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil plus more for serving
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove

Whipped Goat Cheese
Combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy. Mixture can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days, but be sure to serve at room temperature. -
Roasted Grapes
Preheat the oven to 425°F. -
Toss grapes in olive oil and place on a sheet pan.

Nestle sprigs of thyme and rosemary amongst grapes. Roast for 25-30 minutes until slightly caramelized.

Whipped Feta
In a food processor or blender, place the feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Pulse until creamy. Mixture can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days. -
Gather all ingredients, and a large board or platter. Optional: put jars of caviar on ice in small bowls.

Place everything on board or platter, similar to a charcuterie board. If you need more space, put everything in its own vessel and create a caviar and chip bar on your table.
