Chilled Peach Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • Mint leaves for garnish

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine your peaches, Greek yogurt, orange juice, honey, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Blend the mixture until it's smooth.
  3. Chill the peach soup in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until it is cold.
  4. Pour the chilled peach soup into bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
  6. Note: You can adjust the consistency of the soup by adding more or less orange juice as per your preference.
