Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup pure canned pumpkin
1/4 cup beef stock
2 large eggs
Directions

Put all ingredients in a bowl (or food processor). Mix until a firm dough has formed.

Roll out until 1/4 inch thick. Preheat the oven to 325°F.

Use a paring knife, or a fun cookie cutter, to cut out cookies.

Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.

If you don’t have oat flour on hand, blitz whole rolled oats in a blender until smooth.
