Pomegranate Sparkle

Pomegranate Sparkle with Veuve Ambal Blanc Brut

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fig purée (made from fresh or canned figs)

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice

  • 1/4 cup simple syrup

  • 1 bottle Veuve Ambal Blanc Brut

  • Pomegranate seeds and fig slices for garnish

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine fig puree, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Cook over low heat until everything is combined and then let the mixture cool.
  3. Fill your glass with ice.
  4. Fill 1/3 of the glass with the fig and pomegranate mixture.
  5. Top with Veuve Ambal Blanc Brut.
  6. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a fig slice. Cheers!
