Ingredients
1/2 cup fig purée (made from fresh or canned figs)
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup simple syrup
1 bottle Veuve Ambal Blanc Brut
Pomegranate seeds and fig slices for garnish
Directions

In a small saucepan, combine fig puree, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup.

Cook over low heat until everything is combined and then let the mixture cool.

Fill your glass with ice.

Fill 1/3 of the glass with the fig and pomegranate mixture.

Top with Veuve Ambal Blanc Brut.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a fig slice. Cheers!
