Ingredients
2 cups chilled peach puree (using fresh or Bristol Farms jarred peaches)
1 cup chilled Prosecco
Optional Ingredients
Peach slices or rosemary sprigs garnish
Directions

Peel and blend fresh peaches (or use canned peaches in syrup) until smooth to create the peach puree.

Chill the peach puree in the refrigerator.

In a champagne flute or a stemless white wine glass, pour 2 parts of the chilled peach puree.

Slowly pour 1 part of the chilled Prosecco into the glass, stirring gently to combine.

If desired, garnish with a slice of fresh peach or a sprig of rosemary.

Give it a gentle stir and serve immediately.
