2 ounces Maker’s Mark Bourbon
1/2 ounce real maple syrup
2 dashes bitters
Orange peel
Ice
Directions

Combine bourbon, maple syrup, and bitters in a rocks glass.

Add ice to the glass and stir until everything is thoroughly mixed.

Take a strip of orange peel and use a lighter to slightly heat the peel, releasing the natural oils.
