Ingredients
1 pound Brussels sprouts, timmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup grated aged Parmesan
1 clove of garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
-
Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Toss them with salt and pepper until the Brussels sprouts are well-coated in the olive oil mixture.
-
Arrange the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
-
Roast the Brussels sprouts in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly browned.
-
While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the aged Parmesan topping.

In a small bowl, combine grated aged Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix everything very well.
