Watermelon Mule

Directions

1. In a glass, add the vodka and watermelon puree.
2. Squeeze in the lime juice and add it to the mug.
3. Top the mixture with ginger beer and stir gently.
4. Fill the mug with ice and stir again.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel, a sprig of mint, and a slice of watermelon (if using).
6. Note: To make the watermelon puree, you'll need to blend 1-2 cups of watermelon chunks with a little water until smooth. You can also use pre-made watermelon puree or watermelon juice.
