Ingredients
3 cups shelled sunflower seeds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 tablespoons coconut sugar (or caster sugar)
pinch of salt
Directions

Combine sunflower seeds in a high speed blender or food processor. Process for 5-10 minutes, occasionally scraping down the sides.

Then add cinnamon, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt.

Run the blender or processor for 10-12 minutes, or until the butter achieves creamy/chunky perfection.

Transfer the butter into an airtight container and keep it in the fridge.
