Ingredients

  • 3 cups raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries (hulled and halved or quartered), or a combination, frozen

  • 2 cups Real California plain yogurt

  • 1 cup Real California milk

  • Honey to taste

Directions

  1. In the jar of a blender, combine berries, yogurt, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add honey to taste.
