Ingredients
1 1/2 cups garbanzo beans (boiled or 1 can)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon sumac
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Preheat to 400°F.

Pat garbanzo beans dry.

Add garbanzo beans to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings. Toss to coat.

Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to roast evenly.

Serve warm.
