Ingredients
2 cups raw almonds
1 egg white
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water

Preheat your oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat the egg white in a medium bowl until frothy. Add the raw almonds and stir until they are well coated.

In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Add the sugar mixture to the almond mixture and stir until the almonds are well coated.

Add the water and mix again until all the almonds are evenly coated with the sugar mixture.

Spread the almonds out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until the almonds are a deep golden brown and very fragrant.

Remove the almonds from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.

Once cooled, store the homemade cinnamon sugar almonds in an airtight container.
