Ingredients
3 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
Generous splash of clam juice
Soft boiled egg
Chives
Caviar
Directions

Add the vodka, vermouth and clam juice into a mixing glass, and fill with ice.

Stir at a medium pace for 30 rotations.

Pour into martini glass. Garnish with half an egg on the edge of the glass. Top the egg with caviar and chives.
