Bruce's Favorite Stuffed Burger
It's almost impossilbe to mess up a burger
when you you use Bristol Farms' USDA Choice Natural Beef! With that said, here's a delicious recipe for that special
burger.
Ingredients:
1 lb Bristol Quality USDA Choice Natural Ground Beef
1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Minced Garlic
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 jar Mushroom Pieces Drained (2, 1/2 oz)
3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated
6 slices of Pederson Bacon, Fried and Crumbled
1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
Method:
Thoroughly combine ground beef, salt, garlic, pepper, and soy sauce. Divide mixture into 8 equal patties (patties
should be thin). Combine remaining ingredents; divide evenly atop 4 patties. Place another patty on top of each;
seal edges (may be refrigerated at this point until ready to cook). Cook on grill or under broiler until done.
