Firecracker Shrimptini

Ingredients
2 lbs Argentine Red shrimp
6 oz Sioux-Z-Wow Marinade
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

Combine Sioux-Z-Wow marinade with chopped cilantro in a medium bowl and mix well. Marinate the shrimp in the sauce mixture for about one hour. Grill or cook shrimp until pink.

For the salsa
1 mango, peeled, pitted and diced small
2 large nectarines, peeled, stoned and diced small
1 cup red onions, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 lime, extract juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

Combine all ingredients with cooked shrimp in a small glass bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
