Bristol's Prepared Stuffed Flank Steak

We have 3 varieties of our stuffed flank steaks.
1. Sicilian Style -Stuffed with an Boscolli olive salad and marinated in Italian seasonings.
2. Spinach stuffed -Stuffed with fresh spinach, green onion, honey mustard, bacon, and parmesan cheese.
3.Hot Wheel -Stuffed with ortega chili and pepper jack cheese.

Method:
pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
1.Season outside of meat with fresh salt & pepper.
2. Spray baking sheet with no stick spray.
3.Place meat on pan and bake 30-45 minutes or until cooked to your desire.
4.You can also cook on the grill for 15-20 minutes.

Side dishes
Quick Salad:
Chopped red and green leaf lettuce, diced Haas avocado, toasted pine nuts, red onion, gorgonzola cheese, fresh raspberries and Bristol's raspberry vinaigrette from our deli.

Steamed Asparagus with Roland balsamic essence (from our grocery department).
Cut tough ends off asparagus and steam in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Place on plate and drizzle with balsamic essence. You can also put them on the grill,just coat with a little extra virgin olive oil and then grill for 3-5 minutes.

Garlic Roasted Potatoes:
Quarter red potatoes, place in baking dish top with chopped garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh rosemary, salt and pepper. Toss well to mix, cover with foil and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
