Patsy's Steak Alla Pizzaiola

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Danielle's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Each Bristol Farms USDA Choice Natural Sirloin Steaks
3 Cups Patsy's Pizzaiola Sauce
2 Tablespoons Italian Parsley, leaves chopped
To Taste Salt and Pepper

Method
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush steaks with olive oil and lightly season with salt and pepper. Place in an oven-proof pan and roast, turning once, until one level below desired doneness. Add Patsy's Pizzaiola Suace to a deep skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, carefully place the steaks in the sauce, spoon sauce over the steaks, cover and simmer for 1 minute. Remove steaks, slice, and arrange on platter. Cover with sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. Yields 2 servings.
